You who dwell upon the Earth and have forgotten that you were born of its light —

The time has come to rise into a new stage of our humanity:

A stage where man is not a servant to belief or power,

But a partner in shaping a purer, kinder world.

We do not call for a new religion,

But for an ancient awareness that has always lived within you.

We call you not to follow, but to awaken;

Not to believe, but to remember.

The age of words has ended — the age of action begins.

Be the light that guides your path and the paths of others.

Let us together plant justice in the soil,

Spread mercy in the hearts,

And build a present worthy of our children.

The world awaits no miracle,

It awaits enlightened humans —

Those who know how to love, to work, to forgive, and to shine without fear.

Children of Light in the East and the West,

Come — let us walk together into this new covenant,

Toward a world more human,

Where no faith divides and no color prevails,

But one awareness, one light, one humanity.

In the name of the Global Council of Light,

I call upon you to join, to act, to be present —

To help build a new century of mercy and mind.

Let the Earth become a beacon for those who come after us,

Where the human stands as the living face of light,
